1 cup water
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 cup fresh or frozen
blueberries (substitute any other berry)

1/2 tablespoon honey
(substitute maple syrup or stevia)
Prepare this smoothie using
organic ingredients only. Take care not to substitute coconut or hemp milk with
actual milk. If necessary, use almond milk.
Method of preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender
and mix until you get smooth and homogeneous mixture. Consume this extremely
