- 1/2 avocado, seed removed
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut shreds/flakes
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon honey to sweeten
The Add-ons
- 1 cup spinach or kale (creamy coconut green
smoothie)
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs and/or powder
- 1 tablespoon maca
- 1 serving of your preferred protein powder
- 1 serving of your go to green super food
powder
Show Time
Place all of the ingredients
into your blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until your desired
consistency is achieved.
