Arthritis can cause chronic
inflammation, pain, and stiffness in the fingers, hands, knees, elbows, hips,
jaw, and any other joint in the body. It cannot be cured, but you can get
relief from its symptoms.
Apple cider vinegar is amazing
against joint pain but it is also used for cleaning the body from toxins
as it is a powerful antioxidant. It offers a number of health benefits and
its regular use is highly advisable.
Arthritis causes especially
severe pain which affects various parts of the body. Joint pain is a common
medical condition and it can vary from mild to severe. This pain caused by
joint pain can be reduced with time and rest, but at times, it can be simply
unbearable.
Prevent arthritis by
drinking apple cider vinegar
Mix 1-3 tablespoons of apple
cider vinegar and 8 ounces of water or juice (for best results, use cherry
juice). Consume this mixture 3 times a day, before meals.
Apple Cider Vinegar
with Carrier Oils
Mix 2 tablespoons apple cider
vinegar with 1 tablespoon coconut or olive oil.
Massage directly into arthritic
joints for a few minutes and leave on.
Repeat regularly for pain
relief.
Coconut oil and apple
cider vinegar
Mix 2 tablespoons of apple
cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and threat joint pain topically.
Apply it on the painful areas, rub in and wait for couple of minutes for better
results.
Apple Cider Vinegar
and Honey for Arthritis
Apple cider vinegar and honey
are great sources of potassium. They become alkaline when consumed and aid in
the safe excretion of excess acids.
Method 1
Mix 2 teaspoon each of apple
cider vinegar and honey into a glass of water.
Drink 3 times daily.
It will also dissolve the uric
acid deposits that crystalize between joints and muscles.
This method is great for
rheumatoid arthritis.
Method 2
Mix a teaspoon each of apple
cider vinegar and honey into a cup of warm water.
Drink this daily in the morning
to get rid of the arthritis.
This will remove toxins built
up in joints and connective tissue.
Apple cider vinegar
bath
Prepare a foot bath with apple
cider vinegar. Simply mix 6 cups of water and some apple cider vinegar and soak
your feet in the mixture. In case of a neck pain, soak cotton cloth in the
mixture and apply it on the neck. This procedure can be done on any other area.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Tonic
Prepare a 10 oz. glass of
peppermint tea.
Mix in 1 tablespoon apple cider
vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Drink once daily to relieve
arthritis pain.
Note: This tonic is anti
bacterial and anti fungal, and it serves as an antacid.
