hyperglycemia this can occur when your body has an issue processing the glucose
properly. This condition is something that can last a very long time. It can
damage many different body parts permanently.

consumed on a daily basis.
Low GI foods include things like one egg, one
cup of broccoli, one cup of walnuts, one turkey sausage, and so forth. The
