Frozen banana -1/3

Method

Add the chia seeds, coconut water, coconut oil and spinach powder into a blender and blend.
Add the frozen banana and blueberries. Blend.
Add ice as desired to thicken.

3. Cherry Shake

Cherries are great for skin due to their anti ageing properties.

Ingredients

Coconut milk- 1 cup
Flax Oil- 2tbsp
Cherries- 1 cup
Spinach- 2-3 cups
Banana- ½ a fruit

Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

Blueberries- 1 cup

Method

10. Coconut Kale Smoothie

Kale leaf- 1 cup
Coconut Milk- 1 ½ cups

Coconut extract- ¼ tbsp
Ice

Method

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix.
